Summer Storm Clouds - Near Williamston
A summer storm came through. It lasted about ten minutes, then it cleared up. This is the backside of the storm, looking east.

Chainsaw carvings in McCormick Park - Williamston
The emerald ash borer has decimated the ash tree population in Michigan. The City of Williamston decided to top off the ash trees in McCormick Park and bring in some world-class chainsaw artists to carve what was left. It was an opportunity to make something beautiful out of a tragedy.
